Shipping and Policies

Policies

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: $10 USPS Priority. Allow 1-3 days for shipping time. If our item is not in stock, please consider extra manufacturing time up to 1-3 weeks. Most items are shipped immediately.

  • $15- USPS Priority PLUS expedited handling. Please allow 1-3 days shipping time. We will prioritize and take special care to pack and ship your order! A great option to choose during the holiday season or other busy times and will ensure that your jewelry will leave our studio as quickly as possible.
  • $30- USPS Priority EXPRESS PLUS expedited handling. This is even faster shipping than USPS Priority Plus. Takes 1-2 days plus the expedited handling. This is a great option if you need your merchandise immediately.
  • $60- Next Day Air. Overnight shipping plus expedited handling. This will deliver the quickest.
  • $35 International shipping to Canada 
  • $20 Special Holiday shipping will insure your order will go out fast!

Refunds 

  • Notify us by email within a week of receiving your order to receive a full merchandise refund. (shipping cost not included) Jewelry must be brand new and in its original packaging. Please contact us for the correct address to send the return. Include your original order number and reason for the return.
  • All merchandise returned after one week is eligible for credit only. (Shipping not included)
  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For returns, please pack jewelry in a padded envelope. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping and incur any possible losses. Shipping insurance is recommended.

Exchanges (within 30 days)

  • All exchanges must be handled within 30 days of receipt of the original jewelry.
  • When shipping an item back to us, please pack jewelry in a well-padded container. Shipping insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for damages or loss during return shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Any returns and exchanges that fall outside of our refund and exchange guidelines will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
